Halve the Calories, Double the Taste!

Regardless of its high calories and low nutrition value, tiramisu is simply irresistible. If you want to enjoy this delicious cake with fewer calories, 'dubu tiramisu' might be the perfect choice for you. The sweet yet mild taste of dubu cream will take your dessert to a whole new level.
Ingredients
300g dubu, 1and 1/2 bananas, honey, cinnamon powder, 4 tbsp soy milk, 6 ladyfinger biscuits (or castella), 1 cup espresso, cocoa powder
Directions

① Finely grate bean curd, 1/2 banana, soy milk, honey, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.

② Soak ladyfinger biscuits (or castella) in espresso.

③ Slice a banana and place it on top of the biscuits. Spread dubu cream on top of it and repeat the process.

④ Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cake.

You can get creative when it comes to gratin, as can use any ingredients you like in a gratin dish. Why not try sundubu (soft bean curd)? Sundubu's moist and watery texture will add a unique flavor to your gratin. Once you taste sundubu gratin that delightfully melts in your mouth, we bet you will be fascinated by it.

Ingredients
Sundubu, ground beef, pepper, herbal powder, paprika powder, sugar, onion, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parcel powder, canned whole tomato
Directions
① Mix pepper, herbal powder, paprika powder and sugar with ground beef.
② Fry mined onion in a pan and then add the beef and canned whole tomato to make the sauce.
③ Put the sauce in an oven container and top it with nicely cut sundubu pieces and raw egg.
④ Spread mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley powder over it.
⑤ Put the container into an oven heated to 180°C for about 25 minutes.

As the weather sizzles, it reminds you of how good cold noodle dishes are. In particular, Kongguksu, beloved for super chewy and slippery-smooth noodles and soybean-based soup, is a typical way to deal with the sweltering heat each summer. When you get the craving, you might choose to buy it rather than to make it because of the seemingly complicated procedure. Here, however, we present you with a simple recipe for dubu kongguksu that can be made easily at home.

Ingredients
150g dubu, 150ml soybean milk, 6 pieces almond, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp stevia, kongguksu noodles, tomato, cucumber, 1 egg
Directions
① Cut the dubu into pieces and briefly put them in boiling water.
② Grind and mix the blanched dubu, soybean milk, sesame, almonds, peanut butter, salt and stevia.
③ Simmer kongguksu noodles in boiling water and then wash them in cold water.
④ Put the noodles, boiled egg, tomato and cucumber pieces into soybean-based soup and then top it with any garnish you want.
