 Stuffed tomato Kimchi made with salted tomatoes 

Koreans know that most food ingredients can be used to make Kimchi. Indeed, there are hard-to-understand Kimchi dishes, but tomato Kimchi is loved due to its unique charm. You might question if Kimchi can be made with tomatoes. But, the moment when you take a bite of it you will fall for its charm!

Ingredients
6 firm but small tomatoes, 1 tbsp coarse salt and sub-ingredients (½ onion, a half bundle of chives, 40g carrots and 2 small green onions)

Seasonings
4 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp aekjeot (fish sauce), 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions
① Make a criss-cross cut on the top of each tomato down to two-thirds of the base.
② Evenly sprinkle salt inside the slits and leave the tomatoes to salt for 15-20 minutes.
③ Finely slice carrots, and chop onions and small green onions.
④ Put sub-materials and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
⑤ Lightly squeeze the salted tomatoes and stuff them with the mixture.
⑥ Ripen the stuffed tomatoes at room temperature for a half or one day and then put them in the refrigerator.

Korean melon is in season in June when its sweetness and nutrients are at the highest. Just peel and eat the flesh and you can enjoy its sweet and fresh flavor, but here is a more delicious and fun way to enjoy the fruit. These days, pictures of Korean melon salads reflecting one's own tastes are increasingly seen on social media, showing growing popularity of the fruit.

Ingredients
Korean melon, white balsamic dressing, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, pink pepper and dill

Directions
① Carefully wash Korean melon and peel it but leave some yellow skin.
② Scoop out the seeds and slice the flesh.
③ Sprinkle white balsamic dressing, salt and pepper.
④ Sprinkle lemon juice according to preference.
⑤ Sprinkle olive oil and garnish with pink pepper and dill.

 Watermelon salad featuring round and cute charms

A watermelon is more than 90% water, helping quench our thirst on hot summer days. So, sweet watermelon is one of the reasons why many of us are waiting expectantly for summer. Watermelon is delicious all by itself, but when it is cut into some shapes and other ingredients are added, it becomes a salad that pleases both the eyes and palate in the summer.

Ingredients
Watermelon, Bocconcini cheese, apple mint, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest

Directions
① Scoop watermelon balls using a melon baller and put them in a bowl.
② Add Bocconcini cheese left at room temperature in advance to the bowl.
③ Sprinkle lots of olive oil and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
④ Sprinkle lemon zest and garnish with apple mint.
