Earth is the mother of humankind.
Soil envelops a seed, which sprouts and takes in water and other nutrients
to give us the fruits and vegetables we have enjoyed for millennia.
Recently, smart farms have started being noted for their ability
to grow leafy vegetables using nutrient solution alone.
In general, however, no matter where in the world it is,
agricultural produce needs soil to grow roots and receive its nutrients.
The produce that is grown in Korea is used to make the Korean foods
that are familiar to so many.
Clay, with the help of fire and human hands,
is molded into vessels for storing and plating these foods.
