Dodarissukguk(Flounder and mugwort soup
Ingredients & amounts (to serve 4 people)
2 of dodari(flounder), radish 150g, mugwort 100g, green onion 20g, rice water 1.6L(8 cups), 2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt
To cook
1. Remove intestines from dodari cut into 4 pieces, and wash them cleanly.
2. Slice the radish(3×3×0.3cm).
3. Wash mugwort cleanly and chop the green onions(0.5cm).
4. Put the radish in a pot, pour water and boil it, then add dodari.
5. When it boils, add mugwort, green onion and chopped garlic, season with salt and boil a little more.
