The Hansik Gallery is a great venue to exhibit and promote cultural values of Korean food and its culture.
Diverse cultural contents are offered through special exhibitions.
Hansik Learning Center
The Hansik Learning Center is where participants learn, cook, and taste authentic Korean food using seasonal food ingredients and traditional fermented foods.
Up to 24 participants can experience this program at a time, and classes are also offered for English, Chinese and Japanese speaking attendees.
E:eum Hall & Hansik Library
Cultural events and concerts related to Korean food are held in E:eum Hall & Korean food Library. Approximately 2,500 food-related books are available in the library, including those published by the Korean Food Promotion Institute, resources from relevant institutes, foreign and children's cookbooks, and general publications.
Korean Food Grand Master Center
Korean Food Grand Master Center offers programs for participants to experience traditional food filed with the wisdom of food grand master dedicated to nurturing the tastes and values of Korea. <Traditional Food Experience> program offers secrets and ingredients of the grand masters to make Korean traditional sweets, Makgeolli, Gochujang and Kimchi. Also, <Meet the Food Grand Master Online> is a program you can enjoy at home and the programs are opened for students, corporate groups and foreigners.
Korean Food Grand Master Center - E:eum Café
The E:eum Café's menu reinterprets the food of Korean Food Grand Masters including tea, Korean traditional sweets, non-alcoholic beverages and rice cakes.
Information about Korean Food Grand Masters' products and the tastings are available at the shop in various languages including Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
The Sool Gallery
The 'Sool Gallery' is the place that communicates and promotes the tastes, beauty and cultural values of traditional Korean liquor. Various exhibitions about the traditional liquor, taste experience with sommeliers and the shop to purchase them are provided at the gallery.
